In these terms and conditions, “Studio Dre” refers to Studio Dre Pty Ltd, including its directors, staff, and management. “Venue” refers to the location where classes are held.

By enrolling and making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that your child will follow all Studio Dre rules and expectations.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Studio Dre operates on a structured term-based program designed to support progression and consistency.
Each enrolment secures your child’s place in a full program rather than individual classes.
Each term typically follows a clear structure:
* The first week focuses on setting expectations, reviewing rules, and helping students understand how to train safely and respectfully.
* Toward the end of the term, students participate in a completion-focused session where they can apply and showcase what they have learned.
* The final week is designed to be fun and engaging, allowing students to test their skills through games and challenges.
This structure ensures every student gets the most out of their training.

ENROLMENT
Enrolments must be completed online, via email, or in person at least 24 hours in advance.
No enrolments are accepted without payment.

DISCOUNTS AND MULTI-CLASS ENROLMENTS
Sibling discounts and multi-class discounts are only applied when enrolments are completed and paid in full before the end of the current term.
Discounts are not applied retrospectively and cannot be requested after enrolment has been processed.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES
All medical conditions and allergies must be disclosed at the time of enrolment.
If your child has a medical management plan (such as asthma or anaphylaxis), a copy must be provided.
Studio Dre must be informed of any changes that may affect your child’s participation or safety.

SUPERVISION AND SAFETY
Parents/guardians must ensure children are safely accompanied to and from class.
The car park and surrounding areas are not supervised by Studio Dre and must not be used as play areas.
Only enrolled students are permitted inside the training space unless prior arrangements have been made.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
A minimum of one week’s notice is required for any changes to enrolment.

MISSED CLASSES AND MAKE-UP POLICY
Due to limited class capacity, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or credited.
When you enrol, you are securing a spot in a full program. This place is reserved for your child each week regardless of attendance.
We understand that families may have holidays, events, or unexpected situations. However, holding or transferring classes is not possible as it impacts the structure and fairness of the program.
In the case of medical circumstances resulting in three or more consecutive missed classes, a credit toward the following term may be considered at the discretion of Studio Dre. A valid medical certificate must be provided.
All requests must be submitted in writing.

EXERCISE ATTIRE
Students must wear appropriate training clothing and closed-in shoes.
School uniforms are not permitted. Some classes may be conducted barefoot, however footwear must be worn on arrival and departure.
Please ensure students arrive clean and ready to train.

LOST PROPERTY
Lost items will be kept for one month and then donated if unclaimed.
Studio Dre is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling, you agree to receive relevant updates and occasional marketing from Studio Dre.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
Students may be photographed or filmed during classes for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in media, please notify us in writing.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Studio Dre reserves the right to cancel or adjust classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, alternative options will be provided or a credit or refund issued.

PRICING
Studio Dre reserves the right to review and adjust pricing when necessary.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION
Studio Dre reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or does not align with our values.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that Studio Dre is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or in connection with classes, except where required by law.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
You agree to release and hold harmless Studio Dre, its staff, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in classes.

By completing your enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
