Please feel free to arrive half an hour prior to the lesson start time to set up any food or decorations.

We reserve Sundays for birthdays parties, with a start time of either 10.30am (morning session) or 2.30pm (afternoon session).

Please note: all children attending need to be the same age as each other within 1-2 years difference. Children under the age of 3.5 will need a parent/guardian accompanying them in the class.

Please ensure all guests are aware they will need to be wearing appropriate clothing (no skirts/dresses and no jeans) with hair tied back. Clothing that allows them to move easily is best!

We normally set up 2 x rectangular trestle tables which are 2.4m long each (1 for food layout and 1 for kids to sit at to eat) and stools. Please bring tablecloths to use if you like, as our tables will have a standard black cover.

We can have our bar fridge emptied for your use, please let us know if this is required. We have tea and coffee (bean to cup) facilities for the parents (please bring along your own cups and milk).

Please be mindful that our maximum capacity is 14 kids in total, please ensure any brothers or sisters are accounted for in this total.
