These classes are designed to be small, semi-private classes with a maximum of 6 students so you can get the most out of it!
The first part of the class consists of interval training preparing you for the second part that is the most fun – dedicated to completing fitness circuits! Because why should the kids have all the fun! Being a small class means we can tailor the intensity and exercises to suit your fitness level.
We run these classes once per week in the evening. Classes are sold on a casual basis, join in anytime.
Check our timetable for when we are running open sessions in our studio. This is a time when you can come in to practice anything you like alongside other students. Open sessions are best suited to teenagers and adults who are looking for some extra practice time.
