YOUNG Ninjas (Ages 9 – 10)
It’s time to really take things up a notch! This class focuses on building strength and flexibility to help students start mastering tricky maneuvers. We introduce acrobatics into the curriculum, following a step-by-step progression to ensure each student learns safely and confidently.
At this level, patience and good practice habits are key. Students are encouraged to take their time, trust the process, and celebrate each milestone as they advance their skills. Alongside acrobatics, they’ll refine their parkour techniques, enhancing body awareness and coordination.
This class requires specific shoes to ensure the best grip for skills like flying from wall to wall. Ask your coach for recommendations on the most suitable footwear for Ninjabilities classes.
As always, our classes are led by highly skilled coaches, including decorated Perth athletes who bring a wealth of experience and expertise. Additionally, our junior coaches, who grew up training at Studio Dre from an early age, provide a unique and familiar perspective to help students thrive in a supportive environment.
